CAURIE Microfinance, a Senegalese non-profit cooperative, will receive a $900,000 three-year grant from Kasperick Foundation to strengthen its Village Bank model and green loan portfolio serving rural women. The funding will be split 70/30 between traditional microfinance services and green financing (including biodigesters and solar kits), aiming to expand operations across four branches while improving operational self-sufficiency from 92.8% to 105% by 2027.
