Blue Ventures Indonesia seeks to establish strong foundations for their small-scale fisher financial inclusion program and expand their services across a growing network of local partners and small-scale fishers through technical advisory services. The project will help scale up their VSLA (Village Savings and Loan Association) program while introducing financial literacy and business development modules to help fishing communities build financial resilience and sustainable livelihoods.
