Kevin Doty serves as the Director of Produce at Whole Foods Market, where he leads merchandising and sourcing strategy, as well as supply chain logistics for the larger Perishables business. His work shapes the go to market strategy for fresh Produce and Flowers, inclusive of driving a differentiated and best in class supply chain. Kevin has a deeply rooted passion for operational excellence, customer experience, innovation, and organic and socially responsible agriculture. He is a trusted servant leader who empowers team members to be their best and have fun while driving industry change. Kevin has served in various leadership roles at Whole Foods Market since 2004.  

Before joining Whole Foods Market, Kevin worked at other retailers Earth Fare and Reisbeck’s Food Markets, gaining valuable operational experience. Kevin is originally from West Virginia and has lived in Charleston, SC, and Atlanta, GA while at Whole Foods Market, but now resides in Colorado along with his wife Whitney, and daughters Lola and Iris. Outside of work, Kevin spends his time traveling and exploring with his family, logging many mountain miles training and competing in ultrarunning events, and going to bed way too early.
