With over a decade of experience supporting nonprofits and social enterprises across Africa, Antony helps partners design outcome-based learning frameworks that strengthen accountability, deepen insight, and tell more powerful stories of change. His work bridges technology and learning, turning data into tools that inform strategy and build stronger, more adaptive organizations. 

Before joining Whole Foods Market Foundation, Antony worked with Co-Impact, Segal Family Foundation, and Sinapis, leading multi-country MEL initiatives and building partner capacity to use evidence in everyday decision-making. He thrives in collaborative environments where reflection and innovation go hand in hand. 

Outside of work, you’ll often find him outdoors, hiking or mountain biking on a scenic trail somewhere full of trees.
